We will provide all necessary invitation letters, but visas and getting to Shanghai will be the responsibility of each visiting school. We are also only able to provide limited advice about visas and we recommend engaging a travel agent familiar with travel to China. 

Many countries can now travel to China visa free as a tourist (which is fine for this festival). 

Please note we can't organize visas or issue invitation letters for parents.  

We will pick you up from the airport/train station and drop you back via bus. This is included in the festival fee.
